own workplace and how they were resolved

examples Dilemmas ; risk, abuse, challenging behaviour, conflict, ethics, confidentiality versus disclosure, expectation changing overtime, conflicts between principles of good practice and values of others.

Own practice: roles eg meeting needs of users of service, providers of health and social care service, facilitators, advocate, advisers, counsellors, mentor
